What is SureStudy?

SureStudy is an E-Learning program where students can learn at their own pace via online tutoring, and educators can monitor their progress and access curriculum resources.

How much does SureStudy cost?

SureStudy is priced per month according to the number of students you require, with quantity and Non-Profit discounts available. For more information, please contact SureStudy



Administrators


How do I login?

To login, enter your username and password into the Administrators box on the homepage. If you do not know your username or password, you can:

  1. Use the login help button on the homepage or
  2. Contact SureStudy

How do I setup a student?

To setup a student, login

  1. Login
  2. Click on the "Students" link from the main page
  3. Click "Add Student"
  4. Fill in all the required fields, and any optional fields you like.
  5. Click Submit to create the student
  6. On the confirmation screen, click "Objectives" to add 1 or more objectives for the student to study.
  7. Distribute the username and password to the student

How can I monitor students?

SureStudy offers many helpful reports. To monitor the progress of an individual student, two of the most useful are Progress and Attendance reports. You can access these by clicking on their icon in the Student section.

How do I login?

To login, enter your username and password into the Student box on the homepage. If you do not know your username or password, you can:

  1. Ask the administrator who setup your account for help,
  2. Use the login help button on the homepage or
  3. Contact SureStudy

I do not understand a question. What can I do?

If you do not understand a question, you have several ways to get help. You can:

  1. Read the lessons for that learning objective
  2. Try the answer the question, and then look at the explanation
  3. Email or Chat with one of our LiveTutors to get 1-on-1 help

How do points work?

Each question is worth points depending how hard it is. You earn a lot of points if you answer a question correctly, and lose a few points if you get it wrong. If you guess on every question, you will lose as many points as you gain. So points show how hard you are really working, and how hard the questions are that you are answering.

Where can I find how much time have I spent studying?

You can view your Time Log under the My Account section.
